Karla Crane, MSED, LIMHP, PLADC

I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Therapist who works with adults, adolescents and children from ages 12 and up. I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I help clients address challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, post-partum struggles, trauma, substance abuse, identity concerns, and life transitions.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Chadron State College (2019) and a Master’s of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska, Kearney (2022). I am also a Nationally Board Certified Counselor (NCC). During my internship at the VA Medical Center, I worked with veterans in residential treatment, supporting those with co-occurring disorders like trauma and substance abuse.

My approach is holistic, collaborative, and tailored to you. I believe everyone has the strength to grow and thrive, and I’m here to help you uncover that resilience. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress, working through past trauma, or seeking to embrace your identity, we’ll work together to build practical strategies for focus, mental clarity, and lasting change. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and empowered to shape a brighter future.

When I am not in session, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to podcasts, cycling, and weight lifting.
