It is my passion to assist clients in achieving wellness in all areas of life. Having worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, I am experienced in working with clients ages 13 and older. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and stress management, and I have worked with individuals experiencing a wide range of other mental health conditions.
I take cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy that empowers my clients to grow as individuals, make positive changes in their daily lives, eliminate distorted thought patterns, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. It is my belief that being transparent and authentic in therapy sessions allows my clients to develop trust and creates a positive client/therapist relationship that is necessary for progress.
