“The way we communicate with others and with ourselves, ultimately determines the quality of our lives.” –Anthony Robbins.

If you believe this to be true, as I do, then lack of communication with family members, friends, neighbors, bosses and co-workers, will cause us stress in our life, which ultimately impacts the quality of our life.

This “turbulence”, if you will, in relationships can lead to anxiety, hopelessness, fear, depression, an overall decline in mental health and mental illness. Lori received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from UNK. She provides an empathetic ear and compassion for her clients, with a deep understanding nature and appreciation that allows her clients to put their trust in her.
