Anxiety, let’s define it as the fear of something that hasn’t happened yet. So, if they haven’t happened yet why do we spend so much time focusing on anxiety and worry? Think for a minute, how many of the things we have worried about in our lives have actually come true. For most of us this is actually a very small number. Our focus needs to be elsewhere. What is something positive in our lives we can focus on? You have just laid the groundwork for a focus on thankfulness and gratitude which are the arch enemies of anxiety and worry. This focus will help you remove anxiety and worry from your life.
