OUR PROCESS

First time clients may be wondering what happens after all the initial paperwork is filled out. Well, below is a good example of what your first 1 to 5 sessions might look like.

  • CONSULTATION

For the first session, we want to hear your story. We want you to discuss what brought you in, any specific goals, or anything that is on your mind.

  • SCHEDULE

At the end of the first session, we'll chat about the frequency of future sessions and/or the possibility of meeting at the same time every week.

  • COMPATIBILITY

After the first few sessions, we'll make sure we're compatible together...If not, you'll be recommended to another more suitable counselor within the office that may better match what you're looking for.

  • GOALS

We'll work with you to develop specific & achievable goals to work towards over the next few sessions. As your goals change, so will how we go after them.
